We have discounted rates at The Cloister and The Inn at Sea Island. The link to book your hotel room will be in your registration confirmation email.

Our group rate is for Run of the House rooms which means rooms are assigned at check-in based on available inventory upon date of arrival. Rooms are guaranteed for the agreed upon arrival and departure date, but location and view offered are at the discretion of the resort. Every effort will be made to accommodate requests, but requests are not guaranteed.

Rates:
  • Cloister Run of House - $499/night plus taxes and fees
  • Inn at Sea Island - $280/night plus taxes and fees (for an additional $50/night you can get full resort access with includes access to the Sea Island Beach Club. Please note this hotel is off island but does offer a shuttle service)
A deposit equal to two (2) night’s room charge will be required per reservation. The individual deposit is refundable until Monday, May 26, 2025. Cancellations received after this date will result in forfeiture of deposit.
