Awards
Dear GSO/HNS Member:
As most of you know, the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery has established two awards to recognize
our colleagues who have made a difference in the field of Otolaryngology. These awards are given out at
our annual fall meeting.
Here, you will find links providing established criteria for both awards.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Both the Brown & Gussack awards may not necessarily have a yearly recipient. The board will base this on the number of nominations received
- Be sure to nominate your past nominees who have not yet won the award.
- The recipient of the Gussack award does not have to be an otolaryngologist or even a physician (see criteria).
This system of award nominations will give every member the opportunity to recognize someone they feel is deserving of one of these awards. If you
